Job Responsibilities:
∎ Candidate should have Bottom Denims Experiences more then 10 Years.
∎ Responsible to handle all activities related to Finishing Department.
∎ Able to control overall finishing operation as per buyer's demand and handle the inspections with external/internal buying office audits.
∎ Manage the Finishing & Packing team.
∎ Provide required correction of recipe/ dyes for the sample as well as bulk production.
∎ Follow up shipment plan and achieve fixed packing targets, quick balancing finishing lines as and when required, and analyze individual worker's performance.
∎ Optimize quality manpower allocation and provide training to make skilled manpower.
∎ Supervise/monitor machinery to detect malfunction and advise repair or replacement of parts.
∎ Participate in PP meetings to identify the risk of all new wash styles.
∎ Ensure all garments receiving to finishing according to plan.
∎ Make sure there are no unplanned OT due to operations issues.
∎ Maintain proper target Ratio.
∎ Develop and execute workflow plans that reflect the demand forecast.
∎ Prepare reconciliation report and maintain good relationship among inter
∎ Candidate should have the handling power of required machine capacity.
∎ Must be should knowledge about CBM, Moisture control & sound be technical.
∎ Having experience to ship the goods on time & handle buyers like KIABI, ALDI, ZARA, Mayoral, MBI etc. technically.

∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must be stay near to the Factory.
