Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor's Degree (such as food science, environmental studies, chemistry or health and safety preferred) with 2 years' experience in food protection
∎ A bachelor's degree in hospitality management or another related discipline is required.
∎ A master's degree is highly preferred.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Food Security, Guest Relation, Hotel Management
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Deep understanding of the food safety standards and policies, in both local and federal laws.
∎ Consult, coach and train employees on the latest food safety, health, and sanitation practices.
∎ Investigate potential sanitation issues, which may result in product contamination, reduced shelf-life, or customer complaints or rejection of products.
∎ Assist with vendor and distribution center visits, production runs, and food safety audits as needed.
∎ Supports Customer Service and other departments with any technical, quality, public health, or food safety issues and questions
∎ Proactively keep updated on hygiene and food safety standards including legislative and regulatory guidelines.
∎ Knowledge of laws and regulations related to health and safety
∎ Welcome and acknowledge each and every guest with a smile, eye contact, and a friendly verbal greeting, using the guest's name when possible.

∎ Anticipate guests' service needs, including asking questions of guests to better understand their needs and watching/listening to guest preferences and acting on them whenever possible
∎ Assist other employees to ensure proper coverage and prompt guest service.
∎ Speak to guests and co-workers using clear, appropriate and professional language.
∎ Talk with and listen to other employees to effectively exchange information.
∎ Verify and adjust billing for guests
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ At least 2-years' experience in food service operations.
∎ At least 2 years of experience working as a Guest Relations Officer, Hotel Manager, or other related position
∎ Previous Experience: Prior experience as food safety trainer.
∎ Completed training in all food safety areas of the restaurant.
∎ Must be able to take direction and delegate responsibilities.
∎ Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
∎ Ability to provide clear and constructive feedback in a positive manner
∎ Excellent communication abilities, both written and oral
∎ Able to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
