∎ Greeting guests: Welcoming guests in a friendly manner Managing reservations: Managing reservations and booking messages Processing payments: Processing guest payments and issuing keys to rooms Providing information: Providing information on amenities, services, and directions to guests Acting as a liaison: Acting as a liaison between the guest and the rest of the resort, like room service, bellhops, and housekeeping Providing guidance: Providing guidance and assistance for guests during their stay Resolving complaints: Resolving guests' complaints and concerns Maintaining records: Maintaining records of room availability and guest accounts Coordination: Coordinating receipt and delivery of messages for guests Scheduling repairs: Scheduling repairs in rooms and other parts of the resort Making suggestions: Making suggestions for entertainment, dining, and other engagements.
