Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Collaborate with design and production teams to develop garment specifications and technical packs.
∎ Conduct fittings and provide feedback on fit, construction, and overall quality of garments.
∎ Evaluate fabric samples for performance, durability, and compliance with company standards.
∎ Work closely with suppliers and manufacturers to troubleshoot issues related to construction techniques, materials, and production processes.
∎ Develop and maintain detailed technical documentation, including measurement charts, construction details, and fit comments.
∎ Conduct regular quality inspections on production samples to ensure adherence to specifications and standards.
∎ Stay updated on industry trends, developments, and innovations in garment construction and technology.
∎ Participate in cross-functional meetings to address production challenges and implement process improvements.
∎ Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners to resolve technical issues and ensure timely delivery of high-quality garments.
∎ Support product development initiatives by providing technical expertise and guidance throughout the design and production lifecycle.
