∎ In-depth Knowledge about Super shop(A-Z) Set up ,Recruitment ,Establishment, Brand and Marketing.

∎ Knowledge of HR Policy, Operation system, Market penetration strategy.
∎ Knowledge & expertise in Effective product launching & Re-lunching process/activities.
∎ Ability to make business strategy & development plan

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Total Set up (A-Z) for a Super Market. Like Interior setup, floor planning, product planning to recruitment works, customer service, manpower development etc.
∎ Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy for the Super shop. This includes defining target audiences, setting marketing goals, and determining the appropriate marketing channels and tactics to achieve these goals.
∎ Manage the marketing budget for the Super shop. This involves allocating funds to various marketing initiatives, tracking expenses, and ensuring cost-effective marketing campaigns.
∎ Plan and coordinate executing advertising and promotional campaigns to create awareness and attract shoppers to the super shop. This may involve traditional advertising, digital marketing, social media marketing, and other channels.
∎ Organize and oversee events and activities within the Super shop. These events could include sales promotions, holiday-themed events, fashion shows, and community engagement activities.
∎ Manage the Super shop’s public relations efforts, including handling media relations, press releases, and crisis communication. Build and maintain positive relationships with local media outlets.
∎ Conduct market research to stay updated on consumer trends, competitor activities, and shopper preferences. Use this information to fine-tune marketing strategies.
∎ Oversee the Super shop’s online presence, including the website and social media platforms. Ensure that online content is engaging, up-to-date, and in line with the brand's image.
∎ Collaborate with other departments within the super shop, such as operations, leasing, and finance, to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
∎ Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using key performance indicators (KPIs) such as foot traffic, sales data, and customer feedback. Adjust strategies based on performance data.
∎ Lead and manage the marketing team, including hiring, training, and setting performance expectations. Foster a creative and collaborative work environment.
∎ Ensure that all activities comply with legal and regulatory requirements, including advertising standards and data privacy regulations.
∎ Focus on enhancing the overall customer experience within the super shop, from the moment customers enter the premises to their shopping experiences.
