Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) & MSc in Mechanical Engineering,
∎ Candidate from BUET, CUET,KUET will get preference.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan and draw up a production schedule.
∎ Liaise with other managers to formulate objectives and understand
∎ requirements.
∎ Estimate costs and prepare budgets.
∎ Decide on and order the resources that are required and ensure stock levels
∎ remain adequate
∎ Monitor productivity rates and product standards and implement quality
∎ control programs
∎ Liaise with different departments, teams and companies, e.g. suppliers,
∎ managers, clients.
∎ Organize job trainings to team members to achieve production goals.
∎ Provide motivation, support and guidance to all employees
∎ Identifies the best tools and technologies to help manage workflow and optimizes their implementation and deployment.
∎ Recommend cost reduction initiatives while maintaining quality standards.
∎ Ensures internal department workflow and tracking documents up to date.
∎ Ensure that final product meets quality standards and customer
∎ specifications
∎ Ensure that team follows company policies and safety standards.
∎ Other responsibilities as assigned.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Skills Required: Manufacturing and quality, Leadership Skills, Complex Problem Solving
∎ At least 10 Years practical work experience in Manufacturing, Light Engineering or Heavy Industry.
∎ Age- NA
∎ Good command in Computer operating, especially MS word, Excel, Power point, office outlook & Internet.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and should be smart and energetic to manage any situation.
∎ Should be self-motivated and possess quality to motivate subordinates.
∎ Good command on both spoken and written English.
∎ Able to travel frequently all over Country
Salary: Negotiable
