Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Formulate, manage and monitor company’s long term brand strategy and execution plan in line with mission, vision and strategic objectives of the company.
∎ Plan, design and execute promotional activities for different products or organization wide initiatives through ATL activities.
∎ Develop and maintain corporate brand identity and standard like brand name, logo, tag line, colour theme, fonts etc.
∎ Design and maintain company’s website and social media pages to attract customers and other stakeholders and disseminate timely and accurate information.
∎ Manage Public Relation of the company through consistent engagement with regulatory agencies, government bodies, media, local communities and other stakeholders.
∎ Regularly undertake market research to understand brand health and product proposition vis-à-vis market and competition.
∎ Manage different agencies like creative agency, media agency, social media agency, event and activation agency, market research agency etc.
∎ Keep close interaction with internal departments, branches and Board through regular communications and exchange of ideas for consistent brand communication from across the organization.
∎ Plan, obtain approval from relevant authorities, manage and report annual brand and corporate communications budget of the company and ensure proper utilization of the budget complying with different regulation/policy/guidelines.
∎ Formulate company’s long term Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) objectives, develop annual CSR activity plan and budget, and undertake initiatives in line with the approved plan.
