Excellent presentation skills and proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Strategic Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies and promotional plans for upcoming and ongoing real estate projects.

Lead Generation: Identify potential clients, institutional buyers, and investors through market research, networking, and field visits to achieve sales targets.

Digital & Traditional Campaigns: Oversee and coordinate online marketing initiatives (social media, digital ads, website coordination) alongside traditional marketing channels (print, hoardings, brochures).

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with prospective clients, brokers, and stakeholders.

Market Analysis: Conduct regular competitor analysis, market trend evaluations, and customer feedback reviews to refine marketing tactics.

Collateral Development: Coordinate with creative and design teams to produce engaging marketing collateral, presentations, and promotional materials.

Events & Activations: Plan and execute client engagement events, site visits, and property expos.
