Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Managing and overseeing the daily operations of the cook department.
∎ Undersetting & making the verities Japanese food like Tempura, Matsuzaka A5, Chilean Snowfish (T/S), Ebi No Tempura, Wagyu Beef Steak (M) (Wasabi), Salmon Sashimi, Salmon Avocado Salad, Salmon Asian Sauce, Sushi and Sashimi Platter, Edamame Californian Roll, Enoki Gyu.
∎ Sushi Izumi, Kani To Kyabetsu Salad, Salmon Sushi, Tempura No Moriawase, Salmon, Avocado and Ikura Roll, Tuna Avocado Salad, Gohan Spicy Tuna Roll, Tori No Karaage.
∎ Scallop and Shrimp, Edamame, Chefs Salad, Tempura Roll, Beef On Rice Half & Temura Udon Half,Tempura Udon, Chilean Snowfish (M/S), Yasai No Tempura, Soft Shell Crab Roll, Sushi & Tempura udon half with inari sushi, Soft Shell Crab Karage Curry Udon, Wagyu Yakiniku Roll.
∎ Wagyu Beef Steak (M.Well ) (Wasabi), Beef Tenderloin Steak Medium Well, Tori Yaki, Gyu Suteki Don Midium Well, Dragon Roll Unagi, Gyu Suteki Don Midium, Squid, Wagyu Beef Steak (M.R) (Wasabi), Chirashi Don Half & Tempura Udon Half, Avocado Roll, Chirashi Don (Lunch).
∎ Assorted rolls, Chefs Sashimi Platter, Tuna Sashimi, Beef Yaki Udon, Seafood Hot Soup, Nigiri and Maki Sushi Platter, Chefs Sashimi Platter, Tsukiji Sashimi Platter.
∎ Service & kitchen management, kitchen control, cost saving.
∎ Training subordinate employees and providing development opportunities, ensuring all employees are trained on safety and continuing to stay up-to-date.
∎ Maintaining filling equipment and other equipment needed to perform duties.
∎ Must have to responsible of whole kitchen activities of the company.
∎ Written and spoken Japanese & English Knowledge will be an additional advantage.

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Basic Tk. 300,000/- House Rent Tk. 37,500/- Conveyance Allowance Tk. 2,500/- Medical Allowance Tk. 10,000/- per month as per company policy.
