Requirements:

Additional Requirements:
∎ Graduation in Business Administration from a government approved public or private University
∎ Candidates from Medical background and understanding (MBBS, B.Pharm, B.Sc) will get an advantage
∎ At least 8-10 years marketing (core in branding) experience
∎ Good understanding of the Bangladesh Healthcare system and its market positioning
∎ Strong marketing background in FMCG, Medicine, Pharma, Telecom or related industry, ideally minimum five years in core branding & communication area
∎ Strong knowledge of digital marketing- website management, SEO, SEM, campaign automation, digital media buying is required.
∎ Conversant in Microsoft Office applications
∎ Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
∎ Experience in digital advertising for social media platforms
∎ Strategic thinking and analytical skills
∎ Strong written and verbal communication skills required.
∎ Demonstrate creativity and an ability to apply knowledge to best practice
∎ Demonstrate the ability to effectively evaluate information and make appropriate decisions.
∎ Demonstrate a commitment to assuring high standards and strive for a user centered service with significant ROI (return on investment).
∎ Display awareness and appreciation of the service users and the ability to empathize with and treat others with dignity and respect.
∎ Display effective team management, communication and interpersonal skills including the ability to collaborate with colleagues, families, carriers, etc.

∎ Education/Experience:

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop Branding Plan in line with EHD Marketing strategy within budget and implement in conjunction with overall business strategy.
∎ Select Branding tools and ensuring effective communications including the company website, social media, print communication, and advertising. Ensuring effective communication internally also.
∎ Manage major projects such as Brand Promotion, PR events, launches, Marketing campaigns, Annual Health Day events, Annual General Practitioner (GP) Study Day, GP evenings, Trade show exhibits and other internal events.
∎ Liaise with and manage all external agencies, such as PR, Creative, Digital, additionally print & electronic media houses.
∎ Liaise with all department Managers in-house, in creating marketing pieces for different areas e.g. Patients Booklet. Re-write text for relevant audience and ensure effective communication for same.
∎ Demonstrate familiarity and skill with the tools of the trade in marketing including Branding, PR, written communication, website development, market research.
∎ Maintain a high level of knowledge of Hospital’s clinical services and Work closely with GP Liaison executives (sales team) to ensure clear marketing message to GP audience and marketing support and materials supplied to them.
∎ Manage creation and distribution of Internal Newsletter (Spotlight on Staff) for internal communication within hospital.
∎ Maintain awareness of competitor activity and general healthcare updates.
∎ Contribute to internal and external meetings from a marketing perspective.
∎ Manage Grand Rounds and relationship management with consultants and promote individual service branding as part of EHD portfolio branding.
∎ Manage relationship with key personnel in Pharmaceutical and Medical Device industries with a view to confirming on-going sponsorship of hospital events.
∎ Researching and evaluating new opportunities for business, and customer needs and insights.
∎ Analysis of the effectiveness of all marketing and Brand communication efforts that ensure strong positioning in the Broader Healthcare Service Industry.
∎ Issue on-going reports on all activities to Chief Marketing Officer.
∎ Develop an annual marketing plan which should detail the year’s activity to meet agreed company objectives.
