∎ BSc/MSc in Computer Sciences and Engineering from any UGC approved university
∎ MBA is preferred
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 12 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Collaborate with management to develop and implement strategies to support new technologies and business needs and cascade down the strategy within the team to establish a common goal and drive the team as per strategic direction
∎ Manage requirements from different stakeholders to plan for building & modernizing Digital and VAS solutions in alignment with Business Plan and plan for capacity as per relevant forecasts in line with product & business roadmaps
∎ Promote and perform continuous analysis and exploration in finding optimization and business development opportunities and initiatives
∎ Ensure service availability, focus on cost efficiency without impacting service quality and efficiently manage Digital solutions
∎ Negotiate and prioritize initiatives through discussion with the management of Stakeholders and manage demands with the supply of services
∎ Lead preparation and establishment of budget & business plan in accordance with the plan to achieve Technology objectives, coordinate schedules for purchase and negotiate with the vendors and business partners to ensure the best solution at optimum price
∎ Identify training requirements to develop subordinates, manage the performance of direct reports through objective setting, continuous support and feedback, and formal appraisal
∎ Assist in performance management of indirect reports, provide guidance to employees for their development and career planning, create synergy and ensure seamless interaction between teams
Additional Requirements:
∎ 12+ years of experience including 6+ years of relevant experience in a managerial role in the Telecom Industry
∎ Advance level awareness of Telecommunication & ICT Architecture
∎ Advance level knowledge of Digital products and services, VAS Solutions, Application Development
∎ Expertise in System & Solution selection
∎ Thorough understanding of Project Management framework and IT Service Management
∎ Updated in technology evolution and Digital growth
