∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management
∎ PGD in HRM will be added advantage.

∎ Age at least 35 years

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Comply & review HR & Admin policies, programs and operating procedures to ensure standardized & uniformed worker/employee practices over works in accordance with labor law, accord & alliance rules and customer requirement.
∎ Manage uninterrupted Industrial Relation of the factory as per company policy, Labor Law, Environmental Law and accord & alliance standard.
∎ Effectively implementation of Accord & Alliance standard.
∎ Effectively implementation and manage of new salary gazette.
∎ Lead the function of domestic enquiry against misconduct.
∎ To assist / participate in designing / formulation of Policy / Standing Order Procedure (SOP) of Human Resources Management.
∎ To coordinate/monitor manpower requirement as per approved manpower plan and subsequent recruitment, selection and placement.
∎ Manage Head Count (HC) budget, talent mapping sourcing & onboard with the coordination of all departments at factory.
∎ Talent mapping against business expansion requirement.
∎ Drive audit projects of the factory as per policy of SQ Group , Labor Law, Environmental Law and accord & alliances standard.
∎ Trouble shoots of Non Compliance (NC) Issue through internal/external audits.
∎ Prepare Time & Action frame to mitigate NC Issue.
∎ To prepare factory for facing different audit such as BSCI, SEDEX, WRAP, social / ethical /Better work/SLCP/ environmental/Higg / technical / Supply Chain Security (SCS) / QMS audit.
∎ Ensure 100% Implementation of buyer's COC, Labor Law 2006 & Factory rules-2015.
∎ Run training programs, employee engagement programs, employee awareness programs methods and channels to get the workers/employees involved towards business objectives as per statutory requirement and yearly calendar.
∎ Run the payroll process of all employees as per company policy.
