∎ Soorty Textiles (BD) Ltd is a high quality Denim Garments manufacture in Comilla - EPZ. It is vertical setup of denim garment manufacturing company with Embroidery, Printing Laundry & ETP. We are certified for GOTS (Global Organic Textiles Standard)/OCS (Organic Content Standard)/LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design)/BSCI (Business Social Compliance Initiative)/SMETA (SEDEX Members Ethical Trade Audit).
∎ Reporting Authority : Chief Financial Officer
∎ Location : Comilla Export Processing Zone
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead, direct and oversee all ICT functions and ensure continuous operation of the ICT systems in order to achieve consistency and reliability.
∎ Prepare strategic and operational plans for ICT to ensure that all necessary tools, processes and systems are in place to meet the requirements of the business and contribute to the achievement of short and long term goals of the Company.
∎ Ensure development, implementation and maintenance of all assets and policies related to ICT services.
∎ Develop sourcing strategy to ensure appropriate procedures are in place to select equipment and services vendors.
∎ Oversee the implementation and maintenance of technology infrastructure in line with Company growth plan and changing business requirements or technological advancements.
∎ Provide methods, tools and procedures for data integrity assurance and guarantee a daily operation.
∎ Ensure ICT systems comply with regulatory and compliance requirements.
∎ Lead a team of professionals within own area of control.
∎ Directs and supervises subordinates to ensure they fulfill their duties in the ICT function.
Additional Requirements:
∎ TECHNICAL SKILL:
∎ Managing Server Hardware System along with Storage Area Network, mainly in CISCO & IBM brands on Standalone / Blade Centre and Virtual environment with VMware Hypervisor mode.
∎ Managing LAN Network in a large organizational environment along with CISCO, Juniper, Cyberoam brands as active area.
∎ Managing Server Software system, e.g. Active Directory/Domain Controller (AD/ADC), DNS Server, DHCP Server, Proxy Server, File & Print Server, Web Server, Load Balancing, Fail-over Cluster, etc.
∎ Managing emailing system for a large organization using Microsoft Exchange Server.
∎ Managing IP PABX, IP CCTV and Public Addressing (PA) system in a large organizational environment
∎ Managing, Controlling, Monitoring & Troubleshooting of all ICT related Devices and Services to ensure the service availability at a maximum level.
∎ Apply security policies both inward and outward of the entire ICT System to Ensure Security of Organization's electronic data/information.
∎ PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE:
∎ Cisco Routers & Switches, Juniper Firewall & Cyberoam UTM.
∎ Cisco UCS Fabric Interconnect & Cisco UCS Blade Centre Environment.
∎ IBM System Storage.
∎ Windows Server 2012, Red Hat Enterprise, VMware Hypervisor.
∎ Microsoft S Exchange Server.
