Job Responsibilities:
∎ The position will be assigned with but not limited to the following areas:
∎ Capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritizing actions to ensure timely completion of projects independently.
∎ Capable to analyze market trend and provide strategic input to the company for long-term business plan.
∎ Sound ISP knowledge to minimize operational cost while maximizing profitability.
∎ Proactive, strong negotiation and communication skill to ensure business development at national level.
∎ Manage project or programme planning and scheduling activities.
∎ Sales target achievement and ensure constant growth.
∎ Implement strategy and standards and manage a large team for project execution and control activities.
∎ Implement and manage the deployment, and be accountable for the quality and effectiveness, of the project and/or programme resources.
∎ Design the feasible resource plan for target achievements.
∎ Manage and develop the provision of service operations by ensuring the customer/client needs for IT/technology services and products are addressed.
∎ Monitor and analyze the quality, effectiveness, and customer satisfaction relating to the provision of service operations.
∎ Design, implement and maintain procedures relating to service catalog and/or service level management activities.
∎ Responsible for System Requirement Specification (SRS), and Detail Design Document (DDD) for network deployment and implementation.
∎ Ensuring Internet security and maintenance of data, emails, network, hardware, and software.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 40 years
∎ Minimum 15 years of work experience where 3/5 years of proven work experience as a Head of Operations, COO or a similar position in a large ISP Company.
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
