∎ BBA/ BSc and/ or MBA/ MS/ Arts from a reputed university with major in Marketing/ Finance/ Computer Science/ Telecom Engineering/ Business Policy & Strategy

∎ 10 to 12 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Formulate the business/brand's growth and data-driven acquisition strategies through ROI-based consumer approaches and ensure performance across all marketing priority areas
∎ Coordinate with relevant media, creative agencies, and internal teams to plan and execute digital, ATL, BTL, and micro-campaigns and translate consumer insights into new campaign requirements to define clear strategies and plans to acquire - engage - retain consumers
∎ Direct and guide the team to design end-to-end campaign strategies conception to defining objectives, execution plan, performance tracking, and reporting
∎ Continuously overseas the test and optimization process for new channels, audiences, bidding strategies, visually creative, and copy and also ensure team members' performance and execution of campaigns for leveraging maximum acquisition, engagement, and overall base growth
∎ Apply growth hack strategies to acquire new segments and grow the base
∎ Ensure planned execution of GTM plan by the team and month-on-month communication plan supported with a budget
∎ Manage all branding and communications activities
∎ Analyze and monitor the team members' CVM plans in light with data-driven analytics and turn the various marketing tools with insights and analytics into new and unexplored opportunities for upcoming campaigns
∎ Guide the team to use analytics and business intelligence tools such as global and internal dashboards to better understand performance marketing KPIs and exploit those insights in the optimization of existing and new campaigns
∎ Ensure knowledge and performance optimization within the team and overall improve the delivery in terms of both quality and quantity
∎ Mentor the key team members, assist in the execution of their functional tasks, ensure that their professional skills are consistently growing so that they are ready to take up the duties for the next level
∎ Develop effective performance management arrangements that support the achievement of the business's overall targets, goals, and objectives

Additional Requirements:
∎ 10-12 years of experience working in a performance marketing position within a fast-paced and dynamic market environment having growth-focused experience in Digital Marketing, Brand management, 360 Go-to-Market, and business development with a successful track record of leading a cross-functional team and achieving challenging targets and standards
∎ Suitable candidates should also have proven experience in managing both offline and online marketing programs and successfully delivering improvement in a business's marketing performance.
∎ Thorough knowledge of digital ad eco-system
∎ Strong knowledge and understanding of both the strategic and tactical implications for mobile video advertising,
∎ Good knowledge and understanding of the OTT content platform industry, digital market landscape, and environment
∎ Strong knowledge of online marketing programs with CPC, CPA, and CPM cost models on Google, Facebook, Instagram, and content sites
∎ Thorough understanding of various online and offline marketing funnels
∎ Strong knowledge of data science and analytics
∎ Advance knowledge and understanding of Startup ecosystem
∎ Advance knowledge in the application of data science use cases - segmentation, behavior modeling, lifetime value, and personalized recommendations are strongly preferred
∎ Strong project planning and management skills
∎ Strong knowledge of agile development methodology is preferred
∎ Strong Knowledge of data visualization tools (Micro Strategy, Tableau, Power BI, etc.)
