Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc)
∎ B.Sc. in Computer Science Engineering / Electrical & Electronic Engineering
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan, develop and implement marketing strategy roadmap for next generation STB products, devices and associated VAS for customer offering.
∎ Ensure brilliant customer experience through leveraging scale of AKASH services and available digital assets and services.
∎ Ensure that all AKASH services in terms of STB and VAS contain globally available modern features like hybrid system, PVR, DVR, android, hybrid OTT platform connectivity and others.
∎ Ensure the upcoming or new generation STB boxes and associated VAS contain technology enabled well protection system and mechanism against any business threat and revenue leakage.
∎ Coordinate with cross functional departments to understand customer needs and plan/change strategy accordingly.
∎ Closely work with broadcast and business systems and marketing team to match the market demand and organization readiness to deploy new plan of the business in terms of STB and associated VAS.
∎ Create additional revenue schemes and avenues which are built upon the scale and opportunity blended with the STB and VAS platform.
∎ Create a robust value proposition for customers that puts the customer experience best of the offerings and flexible UI/CE interface.
∎ Help marketing team to devise appropriate marketing communication strategy and initiatives which will be innovative and identical for the organization.
∎ Track periodic performance of initiatives and communicate to management and employees as decided by management.
∎ Ensure ROI of marketing strategy and initiatives taken from platform services department.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 50 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Experience in the entertainment industry will be given preference.
