∎ At least 7 year(s)

Job Context:
∎ The Head of Sales will be responsible for developing new leads, communicating with customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring a smooth sales process.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead entire Sales function of the SBU
∎ Engage with management and staff at all levels to identify opportunities for business improvements
∎ Plan for skill development and training of the team
∎ Follow HCM for HR management within teams and comply with HR, Finance and Marketing procedures and standards
∎ Work closely with Projects, Presales, BA and Development teams internally and externally with the clients and related stakeholder to effectively deliver results
∎ Plan with Senior GM for strategic goal achievement of the company ex: Promoting Enadoc, TOG IPs
∎ Plan for achievement of total Sales and Gross Profit targets
∎ Be responsible for the effective cost rationalization in the dept
∎ Motivating the sales team to achieve the results as per the strategic plans and manage performance
∎ Setting activity and revenue targets for members of the sales team.
∎ Continual training and development of all members of the sales department.
∎ Attending key meetings with members of the sales team.
∎ Working on account management plans with the sales account managers.
∎ Identifying key areas for improvement in the sales process and document.
∎ Identify market opportunities for new customers.
∎ Attending to meetings with other senior members of the business and plan for effective actions
∎ Recommend HR budgeting to Sales Teams, manage succession
∎ Network and attend industry events to generate new business leads.
∎ Acting as a spokesperson for the organization at sales events and conferences.
∎ Monthly reporting on sales performance against budget and reporting on variances to finance
∎ Be responsible for effective realization of payments as planned
∎ Track payment realization against planned targets effectively by managing customer relationships
∎ Conduct knowledge transfer and "lessons learnt" activities
∎ Liaise closely with marketing and support for marketing activities.
