Job Context:
∎ Mitali Group is a dynamic business leader in Readymade Knit Garments sector in Bangladesh with a remarkable yearly turnover of $100 million. We are part of a dynamic group and operate several strategic business units that collectively employ over 10,000 dedicated professionals.
∎ The purpose of the position is to prepare fabrics like fleece, tubular, terry, P.K. Spandex S/J, and structured fabrics. The position will be responsible for knitting/dying around 30 tons per day using the optimum capacity of factories.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To maintain quality as per buyer requirements.
∎ Main responsibility is quality full fabric deliver to Garments by communication with Dyeing production, Dyeing finishing, Dyeing Planning, operation control, measuring and monitoring of product and the process. Establishing and maintaining identification and traceability requirements.
∎ Develop the new process and technique in the production process of the finishing section
∎ Ensure that the Quality Standard is being met by Forecasting & reviewing the result.
∎ Responsible for all technical Audit & implementation of customer technical requirements.
∎ Controlling nonconforming products at the intermediate and final stages in the Dyeing department.
∎ Provide support for approval and maintenance of equipment related to Dyeing department and training of staff in the department.
∎ Develop, implement, and oversee quality assurance policies and procedures.
∎ Monitor and evaluate production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards.
∎ Effectively interact with Technical, Development and Production team to maintain product quality; ensuring that targets are achieved.
∎ Conduct regular quality audits and inspections of products to identify and address any deviations from quality specifications.
∎ Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality-related issues and implement corrective actions.
∎ Must have experience in ensuring factory production smooth, profitable and of high quality.
∎ Liaise with buyers to understand their specific quality requirements and ensure their expectations are met.
∎ Train and mentor quality control staff to maintain high-quality standards.
∎ Develop and maintain quality documentation and reports for internal and external use.
∎ Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and efficiency.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply.
∎ Minimum 20 years of job experience in Dyeing.
∎ Must be able to motivate, control, and train workers.
∎ Must be able to work independently and take a certain decision.
∎ Must have experience working with major buyers.
∎ Should be a good communicator with fluency both in English and Bengali.
∎ Should be capable of handling and operating computer, additional knowledge on dyeing Software's are added preference.
