I am a dedicated Textile Engineer with both a Diploma and a Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, supported by strong technical knowledge and hands-on industrial experience. Over the years,I have worked in three reputed textile/garments organizations, where I gained practical expertise in production management, industrial engineering,quality improvement, and operational efficiency.
My professional experience includes line balancing, work-study analysis,time and method study,production planning,efficiency improvement,and team coordination.I have contributed to solving bottlenecks,reducing operational losses, improving workflow, and achieving production targets consistently. I am highly skilled in identifying process gaps, implementing effective IE solutions, and enhancing productivity while maintaining quality standards.
