Requirements:

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and facilitating the onboarding process for new hires.
∎ Coordinate employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives.
∎ Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
∎ Provide guidance and support to employees on HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
∎ Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures to promote a positive work environment.
∎ Manage employee relations issues, including investigations, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
∎ Support performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and professional development plans.
∎ Assist in training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and performance.
∎ Stay current on HR trends, best practices, and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and effectiveness.
∎ Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
∎ Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR roles, with demonstrated proficiency in employee relations, recruitment, and compliance.
∎ Strong understanding of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and work effectively with diverse teams.
∎ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
∎ Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office suite.
∎ HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is preferred but not required.
