Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelors in any discipline.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Context:
∎ Monitoring & controlling the IE related operations of export oriented Woven garments factory.
∎ Design & layout of Man, Machine and Materials to achieve maximum efficiency.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Apply statically methods and perform mathematical calculation to determine manufacturing process, staff requirements and production standards.
∎ Efficiency calculation of all workers on daily & monthly basis and take necessary initiative to increase individual efficiency.
∎ Conducting of time study and motion study and idle man machine hours on daily basis.
∎ Prepare monthly manpower projection & Labor cost analysis.
∎ Implement IE concept in all department.
∎ Prepare Skill inventory of operators etc.
∎ Support to promote productivity development activities carried out by senior management.
∎ Any other relevant job assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent command in writing and speaking English,
∎ Good Communication Skill,
∎ Good Interpersonal relationship,
∎ Coordinate with sample, sewing, production floor.
∎ Have good knowledge of product, quality, capacity and lead time,
∎ Ensure the timely shipment with quality product,
∎ Should able to work under pressure,
∎ The incumbent should be dynamic, well organized, self-driven & have good personality.
∎ Knowledge about CWS/ BST will be preferable.
