Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Graduate in any discipline.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage production planning staff and scheduling of raw material to meet production schedules.
∎ Formulate sound production plan and ensure highest productivity through strict implementation of QC principles and effective supervision.
∎ Ensure section wise manpower planning, assigning and costing.
∎ Ensure proper maintenance of machinery and equipment.
∎ Develop and implement short-term and long-term plans to ensure that the factory has the necessary resources to meet business objective
∎ Prepare, update, and communicate the production schedule
∎ Analyze and evaluation of customer demands and presents marketing performances and product trends.
∎ Continuous follow up on production performances and drive towards scheduled shipments.
∎ Conduct quarter and annual business reviews.
∎ Report on the daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly/yearly production achievement matching with production target for any given period.
∎ Establish an efficient replenishment chain for the pre and post production stores to combat supply and demand at any given moment.
∎ Close relationship with operational teams to ensure on time delivery of products & optimal utilization of equipment & manpower.
∎ Ensure handling of the customer complain and take necessary initiative.
∎ Monitor safety and security issues of the factory and floor plans of the production and maintain compliance issues.
∎ Coordinate with all internal and external stakeholders to ensure optimum production operation
∎ Any other task provided by the management time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Experienced with the Jacket Factory, or Hi-Tech Garments.
∎ Minimum 8 year in similar post.
∎ Excellent technical knowledge.
∎ Sound analytical ability.
∎ Proactive and smart.
∎ Ability to meet deadline.
∎ Ability to handle huge work pressure.
∎ IE Background will be preferable.
Salary: Negotiable
