Incharge Nurse (ICU / CCU)

Oversee and manage all nursing operations in the ICU

Ensure proper assessment, monitoring, and care of critically ill patients

Supervise ICU nursing staff, assign duties, and monitor performance

Coordinate with intensivists, doctors, and other healthcare professionals

Ensure correct use and maintenance of ICU medical equipment

Monitor adherence to ICU protocols, policies, and clinical standards

Review patient care plans, medication administration, and treatment updates

Ensure accurate and timely documentation in patient records

Maintain adequate stock of drugs, consumables, and emergency supplies

Ensure compliance with infection control and patient safety protocols

Conduct training sessions and guide nursing staff on critical care practices

Handle patient/attender queries and ensure quality patient experience

Participate in audits, quality improvement programs, and clinical meetings

Ensure readiness for emergencies and efficient response to critical situations
