∎ Position Overview:
∎ The Innovative/Digital Marketing Manager of iSTEM English Medium School will be responsible for developing and executing innovative marketing strategies to enhance the school's brand visibility, attract prospective students, and engage with the community. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer (COO), the Marketing Manager will leverage digital channels, social media platforms, and creative campaigns to promote iSTEM's unique value proposition and educational offerings.
∎ Key Responsibilities:
∎ Digital Marketing Strategy:
∎ Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, website traffic, and lead generation.
∎ Identify target audiences, market segments, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to guide marketing efforts.
∎ Content Creation and Management:
∎ Create compelling content, including website copy, blog posts, social media posts, videos, and infographics, to engage with the target audience and showcase iSTEM's educational programs and initiatives.
∎ Manage content calendars, editorial schedules, and content distribution channels to ensure consistent messaging and brand voice.
∎ Social Media Management:
∎ Manage iSTEM's social media presence across various platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
∎ Develop and execute social media campaigns, contests, and promotions to increase follower engagement and brand visibility.
∎ Website Optimization:
∎ Optimize the school's website for search engines (SEO) to improve organic visibility and ranking.
∎ Monitor website performance, user experience, and conversion rates to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
∎ Digital Advertising and Paid Media:
