Required Qualifications
Strong understanding of interior detailing, materials, finishing, and construction processes.
Knowledge of SketchUp, 3D visualization, MS Office, and related architectural software will be an advantage.
Responsibilities & Context
Project Execution & Site Supervision
Supervise and monitor daily interior project execution at site.
Coordinate overall project activities with Design, Execution, Procurement, Accounts, vendors, contractors, and clients.
Ensure execution follows approved drawings, BOQ, designs, and specifications.
Monitor project progress, quality, manpower, materials, and timelines.
Conduct site inspections and resolve technical and execution issues.
Coordinate drawings, revisions, approvals, measurements, and site requirements.
Attend project/site meetings and provide progress and technical updates.
Coordinate with Project Managers, Designers, Engineers, and other departments for smooth project execution.
Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and maintain project documentation.
Identify project risks, delays, and resource issues and report them to management.
Ensure timely completion, quality standards, and client satisfaction.
