Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Computer
∎ Complete Diploma in Engineering from a Reputed Private Polytechnic or a Government Polytechnic Institute on Computer Since
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ The candidate must have skills, ability, the power of judgment, and proficiency in all IT-related operational activities in:
∎ Knowledge of managing Server and maintaining the networks;
∎ installing and configuring Computer Operating systems, diagnosing hardware and software faults and solving technical and applications problems, both remotely and in person;
∎ installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems and applications;
∎ communicating with users through a series of actions, either face-to-face or over the phone or online, to help set up systems or resolve issues;
∎ troubleshooting Server and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults;
∎ replacing parts as and when required;
∎ providing support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports;
∎ following diagrams and written instructions to repair a fault or set up a system
∎ supporting the roll-out of new applications;
∎ setting up new users' accounts and profiles and deal with password issues;
∎ working continuously on a task until completion;
∎ prioritizing and managing many open cases at one time;
∎ rapidly establishing a good working relationship with IT professionals;
∎ testing and evaluating new technology;
∎ conducting safety checks on computer equipment;
∎ working fast as to deal with problems and achieve immediate results;
∎ the ability to think logically;
∎ the ability to prioritize workload;
∎ attention to detail and managing website.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 21 to 35 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Working experience as a maintenance specialist for at least 1(one) year in a reputed company. She must have understanding and specialization of how information systems are used and technical knowledge related to computer hardware and software. The candidate must have basic knowledge on information technology and internet engineering.
Salary:
∎ Compensation per annum as an entry level: BDT 1,95,000 (Bonuses included)
