∎ Only males are allowed to applyKnowledge about organizing cable at the server rack/port is a big plus.
∎ Basic knowledge of Mikrotik router & windows server - GPU & AD (BIG PLUS).
∎ Able to support remotely at an emergency moment.
∎ Smart, Good Team player and can-do attitude.
∎ Basic Knowledge in Google Workspace or Microsoft office.
∎ Adobe Photoshop , illustrator, Video Editing – Filmora9, Adobe Premier special knowledge.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Responsible for setup and Troubleshooting LAN and any other Internet service-related issues.
∎ Support all emp for network, internet, and Desktop PC, router, Laptop, Wi-Fi, printer, scanner, and other IT devices.
∎ Strong communication, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
∎ Maintaining detailed Logs on a weekly basis of the IT complaints and their resolutions.
∎ Monitor CC camera and maintain Attendance system/Devices (Finger) and Door Access Control.
∎ Assemble and Disassemble the computer.Digital MarketingØ Facebook page maintenance.
∎ Special knowledge about graphics design is most preferable.
∎ Experience in CC Camera & IP Camera Installation &Servicing will be preferred. Develop and implement effective e-commerce growth strategies to identify and capture new customer base and business opportunities.
∎ Optimize end-to-end e-commerce journey for our customers from lead generation to conversion and post-purchase follow-up.
∎ Manage and maintain e-commerce platforms, including product listings, pricing and inventory management.
∎ Enhance customer experience by working closely with other departments., such as marketing, content and customer service.
∎ Analyses sales data and study market trends to identify growth opportunities and marketing ideas.
∎ Troubleshoot and resolve e-commerce functionality and integration issues, ensuring a smooth and reliable shopping experience for users.
