∎ Hon's/ BBA/ Masters/ MBA (Marketing) from reputed public or Private University.
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply·
∎ Good communication & negotiation skill and ability to work under pressure.
∎ Be a strong team player and have the ability to coordinate sales activity in perfect order.
∎ Applicant should have pleasant personality, honesty, smartness & hardworking ability.
∎ Excellent interpersonal communication skill and sufficient knowledge in computer etc.
∎ Good command in English both oral and written

∎ Must be able to fulfill responsibilities in perfect order.Regular follow-up with existing/ potential clients.
∎ Build a strong relationship with the customer.
∎ Manage existing & potential customers by physical sales visits, face to face contact.
∎ The incumbent must have experience & capability to sell Plot.
∎ Carry out competitive sales study, market survey, and analysis business activities.
∎ Visit different organization/work sites for developing business/creating new customers.
∎ Create sales and marketing reports to in charge and top management.
∎ Maintaining good relationship with existing client and adopting policy to hunt new one.
