Educational Requirements:
∎ MBA or Equivalent Degree from any reputed university
∎ Result: S.S.C - Minimum 4.5 out of 5.00 , H.S.C - Minimum 4.5 out of 5.00 .
∎ B.B.A and M.B.A or Equivalent - Minimum 3.25 out of 4.00
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Work as a team member of HR & Admin Department;
∎ Efficiently manage incoming and outgoing documents through postal / courier services of dispatch section;
∎ Maintain official Documents, personnel records and ensure proper documentation of all HR & Admin related files as per Labour Law.
∎ Follow up daily HR & Admin related activities as organization demand as per the company policy with strong supervision.
∎ Carry out the responsibilities as assigned by the management in time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Sound knowledge with MS-Word, Microsoft Excel & Internet Browsing.
∎ Experience in HRM Software will get preference.
∎ Able to work under pressure, team work & negotiation skill.
∎ Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
∎ Have to visit in Factory weekly or as instruction by the management.
∎ Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
∎ Honest, dynamic, dedicated and responsible individuals are desired in the company.
