∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Can do video presentation for promotions .
∎ Expert on Telephone conversation with client and Tele marketing.
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: Sales and marketing, Travel and tourism, Visa processing.
∎ Skills Required: Business Analysis, Computer skill, Discussion, Education Counseling, Making Instant Development Plan
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Cold Calling, Customer Care, Excellent Presentation Skills, Guest Management, Online sales, Student Counseling, Tele Marketing
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To consult with the students and guardians and clients over the phone about admission procedure of foreign universities, foreign tours, travels etc.
∎ Creating and Managing Customer, Maintain visitors Database and regular follow - up them.
∎ Build a strong relationship with the customers over the phone and face to face.
∎ Host Seminars with prospective students regarding our Promotions and services.
∎ Maintain strict confidentiality about customer information, as required.
∎ Prepare necessary documents, fill out forms and maintain files and records.
∎ Receive and reply emails, carry out marketing and promotions via online and newspaper advertisements. Create new clients to increase sales volume and maintain relations.
∎ Any other duties as assigned by the management from time to time.
∎ Zeron Study Abroad specially works with USA, CANADA, AUSTRALIA, UK Australia & Europe Visa Processing.
∎ Work on in-house tools and CRMs for timely reporting.
∎ Must be punctual, presentable and smart.
∎ Listening to senior's order and fill-up the work which in order to.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 21 to 32 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Must have proactive attitude to build, establish and maintain a good relationship with clients.
Salary: Negotiable
