Customer Care, Customer Service, Customer Support through Phone
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Attending customers complaints and queries through phone calls and emails.
∎ Physical Support(Male) and Support over-phone regarding Internet & Data Bandwidth, IP Telephony Services, Operating Systems, Networking, Internet, Service Usage.
∎ Follow-up Trouble Tickets, Identify customer's needs, Clarify information, Resolve Customer Complaints and co-ordinate related departments for quick resolution to the Customer's Problem
∎ Manage Customers Accounts and Support Log.
∎ Prepare and distribute activity reports to superiors.
∎ Ability to work effectively with a Team under the supervision and instruction of the Head of Department.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 24 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent knowledge on Computer Hardware, Internet, Networking, Operating Systems (Windows) & Application Software (Email clients, Browsers, MS Office etc.)
∎ Verbal and written communication skills.
∎ Familiarity with CRM/Ticketing systems and practices.
∎ Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
∎ Adaptability, team work & organizational skill.
∎ Stress tolerance and ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
∎ Ready to work even in any national & religious holiday and willingness to work long hours.
∎ Time flexibility towards shifts and roster duty as per requirements.
