Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Graduate from any reputed University
∎ B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering/ Textile Engineering from any recognized Public or Private University will be preferred.
∎ Training/Trade Course: Lean Management
∎ Skills Required: Computer skill, Good comunication skill, Microsoft Excel
Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 4 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Coordination, Lean Management, Microsoft Excel, Production planning, Waste Management, Work Study
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ For new articles: analyze the OB, identify critical operation & special m/c operation
∎ Participate to Risk analysis & PP meeting to identify the risk of all new articles
∎ During line feeding: check work place, layout, method, ensure m/p & m/c proper utilization
∎ Prepare SMV & update SMV database based on method improvement.
∎ Monitor: worker performance, standard target set up, line balancing etc.
∎ Conduct: Capacity study/Production study/Time study
∎ Hourly target/production monitoring & take necessary action
∎ Skill inventory of existing workers & assessment for new workers
∎ Lost time recording, efficiency calculation, problem study, develop productivity
∎ Conduct skill development training for supervisors & mid-level management on Basic IE tools and technique and evaluate the training success & follow up Man machine Ratio, Cost per minute & Optimization of Waste.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Good oral and written communication in English & Bangla
∎ Able to work independently and proactively.
∎ Should have strong leadership and team management skill
