Job Responsibilities:
∎ A traceable supply chain enables legal compliance, material sourcing decisions, substantiation of claims, product storytelling and material consolidation. This position leads a Senior Analyst and partners with various team members to enhance transparency and traceability of key materials such as natural, sustainable, cotton, wool, and to comply with legal requirements on material sourcing, substantiate claims, address social and environmental concerns and provide opportunities for storytelling.
∎ The individual in this role drives transparency, traceability and sourcing of responsible materials throughout global supply chain knowledge and proficiency.
∎ This role requires excellent communication skills to build strong alignment with brands, product supply teams and material supply teams to ensure effective supplier engagement activities and ensure all stakeholders have the appropriate knowledge and support to pursue traceability programs.
∎ Develop, build and implement a framework to trace product components using information from bill of materials (BOM)
∎ Develop corporate traceability strategy. Lead and manage the implementation of traceability framework that will balance seasonal product substantiation demands and long-term consumer focused value opportunities.
∎ Implement and manage a system to track data related to responsible materials & manufacturing and product traceability. Develop the framework to collect and manage relevant data on responsible materials & manufacturing and product traceability.
∎ Implement the auditing framework and manage certification against responsible materials and product traceability substantiations.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Experience in building supply chain maps using any tools such as ERP
∎ Experience in creating story boards using any tool
∎ Ability to develop cascading surveys using any tool
∎ Experience in using True View data collection platform
∎ Working experience on Source Intelligence platform
∎ Adaptability
∎ Planning and organizing
∎ Building partnerships
∎ Contributing to Team Success
∎ Self-motivated, proactive and can work independently
∎ Must be an excellent collaborator and communicator
∎ Logical thinker, take initiatives, handle and prioritize multiple projects, and work independently
