∎ Training/Trade Course: Microsoft qualification,Understanding of PC buildsrebuilds and configuration,Degree in IT or closely related subject

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide support and high levels of service to Users by:
∎ Performing on-site analysis, diagnosis and resolution of complex desktop problems, making recommending and implementing corrective solutions to include off-site repair for remote users. .
∎ Installing, configuring and testing workstations/laptops, related hardware and software.
∎ Assessing the need for performance upgrades to desktop and laptop computers.
∎ Support offsite users using 4G/3G/GPRS mobile and other connections to ensure consistent email and internet access.
∎ Responding to incoming calls/emails from users, requesting changes, asking for general assistance/advice or reporting problems with desktops/laptops in a timely manner.
∎ Ensuring laptops, desktops and Personal folders are backed up appropriately.
∎ New Starter setup and inductions
∎ Leavers procedures as set out by the business
∎ Maintain and manage:
∎ Windows Deployment Server to automatically rollout Group Standard Operating Environments to laptops and desktops, ensuring that drivers and applications are up-to-date.
∎ Communications and connection solutions- to include Local Area Networks, Wide Area Network and Virtual Private Connections.
∎ Undertake PC/laptop builds and rebuilds.
∎ In conjunction with other members of the IT team, update and maintain Asset register
∎ Assist with Purchase IT equipment in accordance with agreed procedures ensuring best value for the company on the basis of suitability, price and quality - Only during staff holidays.
∎ Provide documentation for the IT Department team and users, ensuring that it is maintained in an accurate and up-to-date state at all times.
∎ In conjunction with other members of the IT team administer and repair/replace mobile communication devices on behalf of Clarke Energy
∎ Ensure that Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality management policies and procedures are adhered to in all work undertaken.

Salary: Tk. 30000 - 40000 (Monthly)
