Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in CSE/Electronics and Communication Engineering or equivalent and relevant engineering degree.

∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Group of Companies, Hardware & Networking, ISP, System Engineer (Computer Network & System)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide day-to-day IT support to employees, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
∎ Manage and upgrade computer hardware and software as needed.
∎ Understanding LAN/WAN equipment's like routers, switches, and servers OS for proper Installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
∎ Expert in all technical support and troubleshooting activities related to Network printers, scanners, CCTV cameras, Access Control Devices, Multimedia Projectors, UPS/IPS, etc.
∎ Ability to multitask and work under pressure. Any other task assign by the Management.
∎ Maintain IT asset register.
∎ Prefer work with ERP system users and management to determine the appropriate system configuration and setup.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the superior
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 30 years
∎ Experience in Network Support will be necessary.
∎ CCNA course completed will be given preference.
∎ Should have strong knowledge on LAN/MAN/WAN.
∎ Self-driven and hard working
∎ Should be able to work under immense pressure
∎ Good communication skills
∎ Ability to work after duty hours at emergency support
∎ Must be a TEAM player with strong interpersonal skills
