Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Mechanical Engineering from any Public University or any reputed Engineering University.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Inspection and maintenance of all mechanical processes & equipment for a large steel plant (Melting Plant).
∎ Observe & record specific parameters of equipment & processes to analyze them for necessary maintenance and performance development.
∎ Maintain & updating all kind of check list, preventive & corrective maintenance schedule.
∎ Implementing the preventive & corrective maintenance schedule as per planning.
∎ Identifying ways and means to reduce breakdown and ensuring smooth machine operation.
∎ Problem finding and solving work of mechanical spare at ERP software.
∎ Ensure proper utilization of working hours of the subordinates.
∎ Minimize the spare parts consumption through research & development work.
∎ Coordinate with workshop, store, purchase and other relevant departments whenever requires.
∎ Maintaining ISO documentations as per requirements.
∎ Comply with company safety guidelines and procedures.
∎ Mentally ready to work in any shift when necessary.
∎ Any other jobs assigned by superiors.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 30 years
∎ Must have related experience in any large steel industry / Melting Plant.
∎ Identify, formulate and produce effective solutions to emerging problems.
∎ Must have sound knowledge and maintenance work experience on induction furnace, EOT Cranes, Pumps, Hydraulic & pneumatic system and other relevant industrial machineries.
∎ To be able to lead the team & handle all types of emergency situation when arise during the shift.
∎ Must have good working knowledge about all the operation & control system of the running machinery.
∎ Should have good interpersonal skills.
∎ Smart, energetic & hard working candidates are preferable.
∎ Excellent computer skills in MS Office & MS Excel.
∎ Comply with company safety guidelines and procedures.
∎ Should be courageous, proactive, intelligent and vigilant.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
