∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in CSE
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Coming up with elegant, simple and innovative design solutions for web and mobile applications. Also have to develop the front-end of web projects.
∎ Gather and integrate user feedback and business requirements into ongoing and upcoming projects.
∎ Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites/apps function and look like.
∎ Identify and troubleshoot UX challenges for existing and upcoming projects.
∎ Advocate for the prioritization of user centered design changes, refinements, and improvements.
∎ Support multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Strong design background in fundamentals along with relevant work experience, or personal project experience outside the classroom. Must submit a portfolio (link to Dribbble or Behance profile or own website) which demonstrates design expertise in web and mobile platforms.
∎ An excellent understanding of web and mobile application design principles and technologies.
∎ Solid analytical, creative and visual thinker with excellent communication skills, both verbal and visual.
∎ Confident in understanding and application of UX methodologies, personas, user testing and validation, etc.
∎ Experience in survey design and integrating user research into product designs and design practices.
∎ Proficient with industry standard design tools (e.g. Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, XD).
∎ Have solid experience in front end development using HTML, CSS, JS, Jquery and bootstrap framework.
∎ Must be self-motivated to prioritize and manage workload and meet critical project deadlines.
∎ Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build good working relationships.
