Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Chemical Technical Engineering, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Chemistry, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 6 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Implementing world standard testing methodology, procedures based on the instruments and equipments.
∎ Preparing proposals, developing and performing parallel testing.
∎ Follow-up correlation exercise as well as maintain the targeted lead time with all technical aspects.
∎ Check and maintain key process parameter within operating range and limits.
∎ Updating Chemical Restriction based on European & American Standards.
∎ Internal Quality development & analysis.
∎ Prepares and updates lab sheets for each experiment and test.
∎ Contributes as team by accomplishing desired results.
∎ Monitor all tools and equipments of the lab, checking their calibration on a timely basis and calibrating it as and when required.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Skills Required: Lab experience from ITS/SGS.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Working with a testing Laboratory for apparel or textile.
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Should have in-depth practical experience on Fabric & Garments testing.
∎ Should have knowledge about ETP process, lab equipment & testing methods.
∎ Should have sound knowledge on AATCC & ISO.
∎ Should have sound knowledge about testing requirements of various Buyers.
∎ Leadership quality with positive attitude & having ability to take decision independently.
∎ Should have good inter personal communication skills.
∎ Should be proficient with emails and computers.
Salary: Negotiable
