Job Context:
∎ We are looking for Management Trainee
∎ To implant a fresh and enthusiastic outlook in to the work environment of the organization initiated the Management Trainee (MT) program. To facilitate a future pool of business leaders, we identify talents most suited to the program from prominent institution across the country. The selected candidates shall be on probation for a period of 6 months under the concerned department. After successful completion of probationary period, he will have prevailed a revised compensation package.

∎ Hardworking mentality and capable to accept the challenges.
∎ Leadership competencies.
∎ Proactive and creative.
∎ Strong communication abilities, in Bengali and English, both oral and written.
∎ Computer Literacy is must especially in office package.
