Job Responsibilities:
∎ The Management Trainee is aimed to the professional development through structured rotations and assignments in various functions within the organization specially works related to Supply Chain, HR & Admin & Corporate Affairs to enhance knowledge and better understand about the business.
∎ A development plan designed for highly motivated individuals with qualities of becoming the future leader in the organization.
∎ It also offers a combination of on-the-job training and mentoring by senior leaders in harnessing talents to take on challenging roles within the company.
∎ The Management Trainee typically will take on leadership roles based on their strengths and interests catering to the needs of the business.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ The incumbent should be eager to learn and explore new ideas, willingness to take
∎ ownership and have a strong analytical skills coupled with strong business acumen.
∎ Analytical skills coupled with strategic capabilities.
∎ Excellent communication skills with command in spoken and written English.
∎ Networking and relationship building skill.
∎ Self-motivated with sound judgment and logical thinking.
∎ Hardworking mentality and capable to accept the challenges
