Job Context:
∎ It`s a start-up company under Vertex Group.
∎ The line of business would be IT based/ e-Commerce.
∎ Candidate Must have experience in IT/e-Commerce based business or Similar service-oriented company.
∎ Has a capability to handle Finance & Accounts, Cost Management, Regulatory Activities, projects etc.
∎ Must be a smart, dynamic, innovative, strategic thinker, and capable to work under pressure
∎ Soft Skills: Self-Motivation, Problem Solving, Time Management Skills
Job Responsibilities:
∎ The position is responsible for providing analytical & operational support for the financial performance of the company. Activities include management coordination, Highlighting financial impacts in operational area, financial planning, budgeting & forecasting, Variance analysis, performance data review and Regulatory activities of the company
∎ Implementing/Recording all accounting and financial affairs of the Company & establish up to date financial policies, procedure, systems and control.
∎ Prepare financial reports including monthly profit and loss by budget vs. actual; Formulate Variance Analysis report.
∎ Create and establish yearly financial objectives that align with the company's plan for growth and expansion.
∎ Maintain strong Banking relationship and have expertise in Project Financing.
∎ Arrange and creates Cost control and budgetary culture in the company by giving budgetary projections. Monitor budgetary execution by measuring and analyzing outcomes, start remedial activities, and minimize the effect of variances.
∎ Analyze organization operations and finding options for cost reduction. Suggest key result areas and set up useful goals in line with organizational goals.
∎ Be able to do the pre-Costing and compare with Post Costing and Variance Analysis.
∎ Perform various regulatory affairs of the company as well as commercial activities and related communications.
∎ Maintain the whole operations in a compliant manner in terms of Tax, VAT and other NBR related requirements.
∎ Any other assignments provided by the Management.

∎ Experience in a Reputed Multinational IT eCommercebased Companies
