Educational Requirements:
∎ MBA/M.Com or Graduation from Accounting / Finance
∎ CA/ ACCA/ CMA Course Complete will be preferable

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 7 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Receive and process payments, balance cash and prepare bank deposits; manage petty cash fund and handle disbursement.
∎ Implement and update daily material, stock register.
∎ Coordinating with Bank for daily transaction and maintain bank book and cheque register.
∎ Preparation payments, and handwritten checks, and process related reports.
∎ Assist with preparing, reviewing and verifying purchase orders, vendor invoices and related documentation, and confirm authorization; maintain purchase files and prepare register.
∎ Maintain sub-system and/or subsidiary ledger functions and perform reconciliations with general ledger accounts; prepare reports as required, review and classify documents for proper accounting documentation.
∎ Monitor budget activity, proper expenditure coding, document preparation and other accounting related activities.
∎ Assist to perform preparation, analysis, and review of reimbursements, expenditures, fund condition or other proprietary and budgetary accounts.
∎ Major responsibility includes preparing all company financial reports i.e. budget, expenditure, annual report, forecasting, cash flow, turnover, etc
∎ Prepare monthly receipt & payment account , reconcile party ledger
∎ Maintain daily petty cash , bills , cashbook register
∎ Prepare & collect bills from vendors and deposit thereof
∎ Should be a professional with proven ability to develop and implement specific financial management strategies that support business and financial objectives of the organization
∎ banking relation development & fill up banking requirements
∎ Should have competency on computer based accounting system
∎ Monitoring monthly accounts and ensure necessary reconciliation before finalize the accounts
∎ Accomplish summarization, cost allocation and posting to the General and Subsidiary ledger
∎ Monitoring of reports regarding inventory, Utility bill, budget and others as per requirement
∎ Responsible for supervise team, organize the cost & financial data for internal & external matter
∎ Must have sound knowledge in Financial Planning, Inventory & Asset management

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
