∎ MBA in Sales/Marketing/Business Development is preferable

∎ Skills Required: Good communication skills, Leadership, Negotiation Skills, Presentation skill, Professional writing, Project Management Skills, Strong problem solving skill
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Brand communication strategy, Sales & Marketing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Healthcare/Lifestyle product
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Design and conduct healthcare marketing activities to increase awareness and create a market both for B2C and B2B.
∎ Develop and implement strategic marketing plans and objectives. Evaluate industry marketing strategies and adjust according to need.
∎ Develop integrated market awareness and demand generation campaign, which convey the customer value proposition in close coordination with sales, product partners and third party vendors.
∎ Develop communication plans and activities for specific industry/vertical market segment(s).
∎ Develop contents for internal and external audiences, conveying value propositions, prospects and status including customer presentations, briefs, infographics, and sales training materials.
∎ Focus on strategic and tactical partnerships with B2B and B2G to introduce new products/services and bring synergy.
∎ Works with Chief Commercial Officer and associated marketing and sales team to capture and convey customer value proposition, identify sales leads, pitch goods or services to new clients and maintain a good working relationship with new contacts
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Experience developing high level marketing and brand strategies
∎ Deep understanding of healthcare ecosystem and working experience in the related field is an added advantage.
∎ Ability to influence/lead others to achieve results.
∎ Ability to stay calm under pressure and keep to deadlines.
∎ Ability to work effectively with senior management.
Salary: Negotiable
