Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
∎ MBA in Sales/Marketing/Business development is preferable.
∎ Graduate from any reputed university/Institution, Interested in Marketing / Business Development can apply
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 6 year(s)
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develops and implements strategic sales plans to accommodate goals and achieve sales targets.
∎ Secure business opportunities to achieve assigned results by creating awareness among targeted people and converting those opportunities into business.
∎ Develop excellent B2B & B2C relationships with different service providers & clients.
∎ Execute sales strategy considering current market trends.
∎ To look after customer quarries, product promotion activities, corporate sales meetings, take-marketing, customer relation development, and service presentation to customers.
∎ Collect, forecast, and analyze the market data for the operating plan.
∎ To develop and maintain customers, set up a sales network
∎ Develop profitable leads through effective management of an assigned target account list.
∎ To prepare & develop high-quality presentations and service demonstrations to potential clients.
∎ Develop and manage a balanced sales pipeline to enable you to consistently meet/exceed revenue and margin targets.
∎ Perform other responsibilities when required.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 34 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Ability to work under stress and pressure.
∎ Excellent interpersonal & leadership skills to work in a team environment.
∎ A good understanding of marketing strategy & communication skills is a must.
∎ Willingness to take on responsibilities and challenges with commitment and honesty.
∎ Event promotion, activations, customer care, or related experience will add extra value.
∎ The applicants should have knowledge of Sales, Marketing, and Business Development.
∎ This hands-on role requires a highly competent self-starter with a passion and a good understanding of CRM.
∎ Having sound health with a presentable appearance is required for this position
∎ Discipline will always play a key KPI.
Salary: Negotiable
