∎ Minimum 10-years experience in Commercial Department
∎ Up-to-date with the latest banking rules & sro from central banks.
∎ Should have sound personality to lead the team as well as a good team member.
∎ Should have ability to accomplish the assigned work individually with creativity.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Handling respective AD banks for all documentation of export-Import procedures.
∎ Accomplishing all the steps with related government/non-government organizations for both export & import.
∎ Maintaining good relationship with EPB, Customs, NBR, BGMEA, AD Branch etc.
∎ Monitoring Commercial & Financial documents & negotiating same with banks.
∎ Ensuring maximum benefit for the company as a 100% export-oriented company.
∎ Complying local and international rules for proper documentation. Need to be conversant with UCP, URC, SWIFT MT etc.
∎ Analyzing & forecasting business data.
∎ Need to be very skilled in maintain proper flow of B2B LCs & ensuring proper financial flows accordingly.
∎ Collaborating with Finance team to ensure the timely finance for the sustainable business growth.
∎ Must be tricky enough to grab any kind of new incentive/emergency financing from Government to the exporter.
∎ Ensuring the maximum benefits from respective Insurance policy.
