Educational Requirements:
∎ MBA/ Post Graduate Major in Marketing from any reputed university .
∎ Graduates in Electrical & Electronics Engineering with experience in Corporate Sales will get preference.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 6 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Brand Planning/ Development, Corporate Marketing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Make sales plan as per given sales target focusing on corporate business segments such as- Industries, Corporate houses, Institutions, Government utilities, MES, contractors etc.
∎ Organize weekly/ monthly sales meeting with the team.
∎ Responsible for increasing business opportunities through various channels and also need to develop new business in line with the revenue & sales.
∎ Provide after-sales service to the existing customers/
∎ Organize promotional activities and take initiatives for attracting corporate customers.
∎ Have managerial experience in Corporate Sales and have the ability to manage all corporate sales staffs and train them ,
∎ Develop specific plans to ensure revenue growth.
∎ Encourage full usage of all facilities to maximize sales.
∎ Be pro-active in putting suggestion and actions to achieve the department's targets.
∎ Need to have the knowledge of competitor activities with sales, collection credit and new product entry.
∎ Display and Explain product features with benefits to the Customers.
∎ Undertake the promotional activities and communication with the prospective field and prospect, extensive travel to maximize market coverage.
∎ Collect information of competition network expansion and activities and also gather market information & business achievement.
∎ Maintain Liaison with concerned department to manage and deliver the tasks smoothly & timely.
∎ Prepare progress report as required by management.
∎ Achieve sales target short periodic, Monthly, Quarterly, Half yearly and Annual target set by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Having Managerial experience working Sales and Marketing department of any renowned home appliance or electronics retailer in the country
∎ Be a Team Player, Proactive,Can-Do-Attitude.
∎ Need to be smart & presentable.
∎ Fair knowledge about Electrical & Electronic products and services.
∎ Ability to take challenge, overcome obstacles with winning attitude.
∎ Excellent written & verbal communication skills in both English & Bengali languages.
∎ Must have computer knowledge on MS Word, MS Excel,PowerPoint (to make presentations) and be capable to use Company ERP software.
Salary: Negotiable
