Job Responsibilities:
∎ Support in developing campaign roadmaps by analyzing market opportunities, user lifecycle, and churn probabilities
∎ Assist in running campaigns; coordinate with media and creative agency and content team to drive execution; translate customer insights into new campaign requirements and define clear strategies and plans to onboard/retain them
∎ Manage campaigns operations from conception to defining objectives, execution, tracking, and reporting, day-to-day management of online and offline campaigns across channels
∎ Guide and manage agency/ partners, track own performance and ensure timely execution of content plans for leveraging maximum engagement and revenue potential; ensure planned execution of GTM plan and month-on-month communication plan
∎ Monitor, analyze, and report on KPIs to ensure marketing initiatives are driving profitable acquisition
∎ Use analytics and business intelligence tools such as Google Analytics and internal dashboards to better understand customers and exploit those insights in marketing campaigns
∎ Champion metrics-driven analysis and decision-making by thinking strategically, analytically, and creatively about new ways to reach customers and increase relevance; launch different testing and micro-campaigns based on personalization and contextually using micro campaign tools
Additional Requirements:
∎ 3-5 years of direct, growth-focused experience in digital and integrated marketing
∎ Startup experience preferred
∎ Required Knowledge & Skills
∎ Good understanding of the OTT content platform industry, digital market landscape, and environment
∎ Good analytics and problem-solving ability
∎ Experience in working with creative and media agencies and campaign executions
∎ Experience in participating in the development of digital marketing strategy
∎ Proven success managing online marketing programs with CPC, CPA, and CPM cost models on Google,
∎ Facebook, Instagram, and content sites
∎ Thorough understanding of various online and offline marketing funnels
∎ Data-driven and should be curious about and tell stories using data
∎ Sensitivity to potential trade-offs between performance and branding
∎ Experience managing organic acquisition
∎ Strong sense of ownership and determination to get things done
∎ Humility and eagerness to learn and grow
