Job Responsibilities:

∎ Ensuring supervision of quality food production and services.
∎ Banquet arrangement
∎ Quality check of raw materials and cooked food
∎ Control of wastages
∎ Implementing portion control
∎ Follow food and safety regulations
∎ Ensuring the members are satisfied with food and service.
∎ Great Leadership abilities.
∎ Enough knowledge of the food industry.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ 10 years practical experience in similar position in any reputed hotels and Club at home or abroad.
∎ Educational qualification may be relaxed for candidates with higher experience and professional knowledge.

∎ Negotiable
