∎ Must have completed BBA with Masters/MBA (Marketing) from reputed public or private University.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Sanjar Aviation Ltd. is looking for a pro-active and self-motivated executive professional as the in charge for its HOLIDAYS section.
∎ Must concentrate on sale on NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL HOLIDAY TOUR PACKAGES, WORLDWIDE HOTEL BOOKINGS, AIR TICKETS, and other such similar services through both direct and indirect communication with clients and corporate companies.
∎ Must have excellent expertise in WORLDWIDE HOTEL BOOKINGS and CORRESPONDENCE.
∎ Must be a team player.
∎ Will be responsible for Product Development, Marketing and Facebook with the help of his/her team.
∎ Supervise the marketing and sales team to achieve yearly sales target of the company.
∎ Coordinate marketing activities with marketing team linked to sales growth.
∎ Coordinate sales activities of products to achieve the company goal.
∎ Reports to Managing Director weekly.
∎ Need to travel throughout the country as well as outside country, as deemed necessary
Additional Requirements:
∎ 5-8 years of experience in the Sales/Marketing/Management function of a company. (Tours & Travel).
∎ Expert in Holiday Tour packages.
∎ Must have fluency in written and spoken the English Language.
∎ Must be able to operate MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint.
∎ Must have good computer skills.
∎ Must be efficient, motivated, and hard-working.
∎ Must have skills to supervise an entire marketing and sales team to ensure the company's rapid growth.
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication skill in English.
∎ Sound knowledge of computer applications.
Salary:
∎ BDT. 30,000 - 35,000 and negotiable.
