Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in CSE
∎ Skills Required: Linux-based Mail Server, Windows Server
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
IT System Management, Linux and windows environments, Oracle Application Server, Switches/ Routers
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To Manage Active Directory, Exchange Server, File Server, Web Server, Oracle Database Server & Kaspersky Security Center.
∎ To maintain Linux and Windows Server, Multi-Vendor Server (HP/Dell/NEC)
∎ To make sure 500 pulse users, Firewall, NAS, Office 365 Cloud, Apache & Nginx
∎ Ensure stable IT Infrastructure and Network Communication for HO and all site offices.
∎ Troubleshoot system & network problems & diagnose & solve hardware or software faults and replacing parts as required
∎ Overseeing all technical support and troubleshooting activities related to Network printers
∎ Troubleshooting all IT relevant issues of user requirements in different OS like Windowss8, Windows 10, Mac OS.
∎ Provide support for various gadgets (iPhone, Android Phone, Tab, Mac, Laptop and desktop)
∎ Handle Corporate SIM Management procedure.
∎ Updating inventory of all hardware, software, networking components and maintaining proper documentation.
∎ Prepares users by designing and conducting training programs, providing references and support.
∎ In-depth knowledge on RHCE, MCSE, CCNA, MTCNA & DBA vendor certification
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ 7+ years of network/system administration experience in Linux and windows environments and in IT support.
∎ Strong Leadership and Management skill
∎ Ability to plan own work, setting priorities and completing it under pressure.
∎ In-depth knowledge and extensive working experience in Routing/Switching
∎ Familiar with Mikrotik and Cisco Device.
∎ Good communication and strong presentation skills both in English & Bengali
Salary: Tk. 60000 - 70000 (Monthly)
